Delhi Public Secondary Education Organisation is a non-profit, non propriety and autonomous educational body, founded by eminent members of different states. The DPSE Organisation deserves a right to establish school / college / university / engineering / medical / paramedical College either in India or abroad under its aegis to promote quality education through an innovative way. DPSE Organisation is a different society from Delhi Public School Society, but both the Organizations are authorized to impart education in the country.

DPSE -Organisation Incorporated with registration under the Societies Registration Act 1860 and has its office at New Delhi. The Society is the Registered Proprietor of the logo with Trademark Registration and copyright. The Society is providing the said services under its Trademark/ trade name along with label and logo, where its authorized branches are Operating Educational Institutions in the name and style of its ‘ The New Delhi Public Secondary School with Location/Area’ authorized by Registrar of India .
